A free, decentralized, and government-independent communication network called Coloniume will be implemented, developed, and expanded by individuals, organizations, and independent non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The goal of this network is to create a completely free, secure, non-governmental, and independent communication platform that cannot be censored, restricted, or influenced. Coloniume will enable global connection through the participation of individuals worldwide. It will also allow for local exchange of information and data without geographical or political restrictions, even in areas with network disconnections. Each node in the network can connect to the Internet and act as a bridge between the local network and the Internet. Individuals can build their own communication network using mobile phones or network equipment and share free internet with others via Wi-Fi. By doing so, they not only contribute to the consistency of the Internet connection but also become part of the Coloniume network and receive rewards. Even in the case of internet disconnection, network members will still be able to freely send and receive data within the network.
