STARS is a token obtained by staking STARS with Stride in the Stargaze ecosystem on the Cosmos blockchain. By staking STARS with Stride, users can earn stSTARS, which can be redeemed for STARS at a 1:1 ratio, subject to the unbonding period on STARS. Stride's mainnet, launched in late July 2022, currently supports staking STARS. With stSTARS, users can maintain liquidity in their staked tokens while also earning staking rewards, enabling them to pursue higher yields within the ecosystem.
