Savvy is a DeFi protocol deployed on Arbitrum that enables users to obtain loans using cryptocurrencies such as Stablecoins, Ethereum, and wrapped Bitcoin. These loans are backed by synthetic credit lines, represented by svUSD, svETH, and svBTC (svTokens). Borrowers maintain their chosen collateral exposure while accessing immediate liquidity. Savvy automatically harvests and compounds the generated yield, attributing it to the loan balance, resulting in interest-free and auto-repaying loans. Unlike other CDPs, Savvy eliminates the risk of liquidation by offering a repayment model. Borrowers can repay their debt either with their original collateral or the Savvy synthetic tokens.
