Are there any block explorers that support multiple cryptocurrencies?

Can anyone recommend a block explorer that supports multiple cryptocurrencies? I'm looking for a platform that allows me to explore the blockchain of different cryptocurrencies in one place. It would be great if it also provides detailed information about transactions, addresses, and blocks. Any suggestions?
