I heard that Pepe, a popular digital asset, has gained a lot of attention recently. I'm wondering if Coinbase, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has any plans to include Pepe in their selection of digital assets. Can anyone provide some insights on this?

- Dec 29, 2021 · 3 years agoAs of now, Coinbase has not announced any plans to include Pepe in their selection of digital assets. However, Coinbase regularly evaluates and adds new digital assets based on various factors such as market demand, regulatory compliance, and security. So, it's possible that Pepe might be considered in the future if it meets Coinbase's criteria.
- Dec 29, 2021 · 3 years agoI highly doubt that Coinbase will add Pepe to their selection of digital assets. Pepe has been associated with controversial and offensive content in the past, which might make Coinbase hesitant to include it. Additionally, Coinbase tends to focus on more established and mainstream cryptocurrencies.
- Dec 29, 2021 · 3 years agoWhile I can't speak for Coinbase directly, as an employee of BYDFi, another cryptocurrency exchange, I can say that Pepe is not currently listed on our platform. However, it's worth noting that the cryptocurrency market is constantly evolving, and new assets are being added all the time. So, it's always possible that Pepe could be considered by other exchanges in the future.
