- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoOne possible reason for your Ledger Nano X not charging could be a faulty USB cable. Try using a different cable or port to see if that solves the issue. Additionally, make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both your Ledger Nano X and the power source. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Ledger support for further assistance.
- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoTo prevent your Ledger Nano X from not charging, it's important to keep the device and its charging port clean. Dust or debris can accumulate over time and interfere with the charging process. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the charging port and make sure there are no obstructions. This simple maintenance step can help ensure a reliable charging experience.

- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoI had a similar issue with my Ledger Nano X not charging, and I found that resetting the device helped resolve the problem. To reset your Ledger Nano X, simply press and hold the button on the device for about 10 seconds until the Ledger logo appears. This will restart the device and may fix any charging issues you're experiencing.
- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoIf your Ledger Nano X is not charging, it could be due to a software issue. Make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your device. Ledger regularly releases updates that address bugs and improve device performance. Connect your Ledger Nano X to your computer and use the Ledger Live app to check for any available firmware updates. Updating the firmware may solve the charging problem.
- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoSometimes, the charging issue with Ledger Nano X can be caused by a drained battery. If your device has been unused for a long time, the battery may have completely discharged. In this case, simply connect your Ledger Nano X to a power source using the USB cable and let it charge for a few hours. Once the battery is sufficiently charged, you should be able to use your device normally.
- Jan 14, 2022 · 3 years agoI understand the frustration of dealing with a Ledger Nano X that won't charge. One thing you can try is using a different power adapter. Sometimes, the issue lies with the adapter rather than the device itself. If you have a compatible power adapter from another device, such as a smartphone or tablet, try using that to charge your Ledger Nano X. It might just do the trick.
