Can I use Chase QuickPay to buy cryptocurrency?

Is it possible to use Chase QuickPay, a digital payment service provided by Chase Bank, to purchase cryptocurrency? I'm interested in using my Chase QuickPay account to buy Bitcoin or other digital currencies, but I'm not sure if it's supported or allowed. Can anyone provide some insights on this?
