- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution is to make sure that your cryptocurrency wallet app has the necessary permissions to access your device's camera. Go to your device's settings, find the app permissions section, and make sure that the camera permission is enabled for your cryptocurrency wallet app. If it's already enabled, try disabling and re-enabling it to refresh the permissions. This should allow your wallet app to properly scan QR codes.

Sometimes, dirt or smudges on the lens can interfere with the scanning process. Use a soft cloth or lens cleaning solution to gently clean the lens and then try scanning the QR code again.

- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoI understand how frustrating it can be when QR codes don't scan properly with cryptocurrency wallets. One thing you can try is adjusting the distance between your device's camera and the QR code. Sometimes, holding the device too close or too far from the QR code can affect the scanning process. Experiment with different distances to find the sweet spot.
- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoIf none of the above solutions work, it's possible that the QR code itself is damaged or incompatible with your cryptocurrency wallet. Try scanning a different QR code to see if the issue persists. If other QR codes scan successfully, then the problem lies with the specific QR code you're trying to scan.

After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the lighting conditions can also affect the scanning process. Make sure you're in a well-lit environment and avoid direct glare or reflections on the QR code. This can improve the accuracy of the scanning process.
