Can you explain how Venmo handles Bitcoin transactions? I'm curious about the process and any fees involved.

It is primarily a peer-to-peer payment service that allows users to send and receive money from their bank accounts or debit cards. Bitcoin transactions are not integrated into the Venmo platform, so you won't be able to use it to send or receive Bitcoin.
