- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution to fix the GPU not detected problem in cryptocurrency mining is to check the physical connections of your GPU. Make sure that the GPU is properly seated in the PCIe slot and that all power cables are securely connected. Additionally, try cleaning the contacts on the GPU and the PCIe slot to ensure a good connection. Restart your mining rig after making these adjustments and see if the GPU is now detected.
- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoIf your GPU is still not being detected, it could be a driver issue. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your GPU. Visit the manufacturer's website or use a driver update tool to download and install the latest drivers. After updating the drivers, restart your mining rig and check if the GPU is now recognized.
- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoAnother possible solution is to check the BIOS settings of your mining rig. Sometimes, the GPU may not be enabled in the BIOS, causing it to not be detected. Enter the BIOS settings and look for any options related to GPU detection or PCI settings. Make sure the GPU is enabled and set to the correct PCI slot. Save the changes and restart your mining rig to see if the GPU is now detected.
