I have some digital currency and I'm wondering if I sell it on the record date, will I still receive dividends? Can I benefit from the dividends even if I no longer hold the digital currency?

Yes, if you sell your digital currency on the record date, you will still receive dividends. Dividends are usually distributed to all holders of the digital currency on the record date, regardless of whether they sell it afterwards or not. So, you can benefit from the dividends even if you no longer hold the digital currency.

Absolutely! Selling your digital currency on the record date doesn't affect your eligibility to receive dividends. Dividends are usually based on the record date, which is a specific date set by the company or project issuing the digital currency. As long as you held the digital currency on the record date, you will be entitled to receive dividends, regardless of whether you sell it afterwards.
