One option is to sell your Amazon gift card on a peer-to-peer gift card exchange platform, such as Paxful or LocalBitcoins, and then use the proceeds to buy Bitcoin. However, please note that these platforms may charge fees and the exchange rate may not be as favorable as using a dedicated cryptocurrency exchange.
