One possible solution to fix the problem of not receiving emails from BitMEX is to whitelist BitMEX's email address in your email client or service. By adding BitMEX's email address to your whitelist, you ensure that their emails are not marked as spam or blocked by your email provider. Additionally, you can also check your email settings and make sure that you have not accidentally blocked or filtered emails from BitMEX. If the issue persists, you can reach out to BitMEX's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or investigate the issue on their end.

I had a similar issue with not receiving emails from BitMEX, and what worked for me was to update my email preferences in my BitMEX account settings. Sometimes, email notifications can be turned off or set to a different frequency by default. By adjusting the email preferences to your desired settings, you should start receiving emails from BitMEX again. If this doesn't solve the problem, you can try contacting BitMEX's support team for further assistance.
