- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoOne common reason for Ledger Nano X not charging could be a faulty charging cable. Try using a different cable or charging adapter to see if that solves the issue. Also, make sure the cable is securely connected to both the device and the power source. If the problem persists, it could be a hardware issue and you may need to contact Ledger support for further assistance.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoAnother possible reason for Ledger Nano X not charging is a drained battery. If the battery is completely depleted, the device may not charge immediately when connected to a power source. Leave it connected for some time and check if the charging indicator turns on. If not, try a different power source or USB port. If none of these solutions work, it's advisable to reach out to Ledger customer support for troubleshooting.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoIn my experience with BYDFi, I've seen cases where Ledger Nano X doesn't charge due to a firmware issue. It's recommended to check if there are any firmware updates available for your device. Updating the firmware can often resolve charging-related issues. Visit the official Ledger website or contact their support team for instructions on how to update the firmware.
