- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, Fidelity currently only supports Bitcoin (BTC) for inclusion in a fidelity spousal IRA. If you're interested in diversifying your retirement account with other cryptocurrencies, you may need to consider alternative custodians or self-directed IRA options that allow for a broader range of digital assets.
- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoAccording to BYDFi, a digital asset exchange, Fidelity spousal IRA currently only supports Bitcoin (BTC) for inclusion. However, it's worth noting that BYDFi offers a wider selection of cryptocurrencies for IRA accounts, including Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), and Litecoin (LTC). If you're looking for more options, you may consider exploring BYDFi as an alternative to Fidelity.
